You can buy a block of time (50, 100, 200* hours etc.), much like a punch card, to be used however you’d like over the next three months.

- As a time block client, you’ll also receive ongoing support organizing your design assets and working files for all of your deliverables for in-house use

We follow our standard communication design process for every client project, and refine the details to meet your custom needs. As process nerds, we’ve spent years refining our process to make it as easy and efficient as possible.
- Kick-off meeting: we set expectations, outline process, and align our teams
- Discovery and strategy: we dive deep into your creative challenge, get to know your organization, industry, target audiences, and goals, and exit this phase with clarity and consensus
- Concept design: we explore ideas and creative concepts, and refine them with your feedback, to agree on a design direction
- Design production: we produce complete drafts of your project deliverables, conduct 2-3 review and feedback rounds with you, and do ongoing quality assurance before delivering final files
